mysql_upgrade -u root -p --force
第二步：重新启动mysql的服务：
net stop mysql
net start mysql
再次运行MySQL，就解决了。
注意，两步缺一不可。
运行mysql时，提示Table ‘performance_schema.session_variables’ doesn’t exist
